BMW, MINI promote 7,089 cars in H1 2024 for highest-ever half-yearly gross sales

BMW Group India recorded a progress of over 21 p.c within the first half of 2024, pushed by excessive demand for SUVs, ‘Luxury Class’ fashions and EVs. The group delivered 7,098 cars (6,734 BMWs and 364 MINIs), alongside 3,614 bikes from BMW Motorrad.

BMW half-yearly gross sales cut up

UNotably, SUVs dominated, constituting 54 p.c of complete gross sales. BMW noticed a 24% enhance in SUV gross sales in comparison with H1 2023, with the X1 main because the top-selling mannequin with roughly 19 p.c of gross sales. Meanwhile, within the sedan phase, the three Series maintained its place because the best-selling mannequin, holding a 17 p.c market share.
