Hero MotoCorp has commenced deliveries of its newest 110cc scooter, the Xoom, in Mumbai. The first scooter was delivered at FortPoint Automotive, positioned in Mahim.

The Hero Xoom is the corporate’s try at taking up the well-established Honda Dio, head on. It boasts of a contemporary design and it appears to be like in contrast to every other scooter we’ve seen from Hero previously. The Hero Xoom is powered by a 110.9cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes 8.1hp at 7,250rpm and eight.7Nm of torque at 5,750rpm. 

The scooter is out there in three trims – LX, VX and ZX. They differ by way of options and tyre sizes, with the VX and ZX trims getting a fatter rear tyre. Also, the ZX variant is the one one to get a disc brake on the entrance. 

Introductory costs for the Xoom start at Rs 72,349 for the LX variant, whereas the VX and ZX are priced at Rs 75,499 and Rs 80,499, respectively.
